Rock Steady celebrates the timeless music of Bad Company and Free with a live show built around the unmistakable voice, blues-soaked swagger, and no-frills rock and roll of Paul Rodgers.

Fronted by vocalist Thom Effinger and featuring veteran musicians from acclaimed Pacific Northwest bands Off the Record and Stormdog, Rock Steady recreates the sound and spirit of these legendary groups without reducing the music to imitation. Powerful vocals, layered guitar work, deep grooves, and a commanding stage presence bring each song to life with the energy and authenticity it deserves.

The show features Bad Company favorites including “Can’t Get Enough,” “Feel Like Makin’ Love,” “Shooting Star,” “Running With the Pack,” “Rock ’n’ Roll Fantasy,” and the haunting title track “Bad Company,” alongside Free classics such as “All Right Now,” “Wishing Well,” “Fire and Water,” and “Mr. Big.”

Every performance honors the sound, spirit, and musicianship of Paul Rodgers, Mick Ralphs, Simon Kirke, Boz Burrell, Paul Kossoff, Andy Fraser, and the artists who created this timeless music.  From the opening song to the final encore, Rock Steady delivers the songs audiences know and love with the energy and authenticity they deserve.

Setlist and running order varies by performance.

We will be responsible for our own monitor mix and require nothing from the much appreciated sound crew except connecting to our clearly labeled inputs and mixing FOH. Each performer will split their inputs to FOH and to their IEM mixer using Radial Engineering Catapult TX4's.  The band will mix their own monitors, no wedges needed. The FOH and IEM systems are independent, any adjustments will not affect the other system. Post performance, the band will remove their splitters, cases and cables and clear the stage for the following band.
